Lesson Options

Online meetings are available via Zoom and scheduled via Google Calendar. We will use a zoom whiteboard that students will have 24/7 access to. Students also have the option to record the lessons.  

In-person meetings may also be available (with an additional travel fee) for students between Eugene OR and Portland OR. I am based in Salem and will assess a travel fee depending on travel time.

About Me

I have been a tutor since 2005 and have worked with learners from kindergarten through university in math and physics. I hold a PhD in Physics from Oregon State University, taught introductory physics at Willamette University, have 10 years research experience focusing on the teaching and learning of physics (Google Scholar Link), and was a training supervisor at the Reed College nuclear reactor. I have three cats, whose names are all references to Terry Pratchett's Discworld series.
